Tooling Engineer
Responsible for the development and commissioning of stamping dies and gages to produce production metal stampings.
Tool & Die Maker
Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, sets up and operates machine tools, utilizes machinist hand tools, fits and assembles parts to fabricate, repair, maintain and troubleshoot metal stamping dies, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures, gauges, etc., by performing the following duties.
Quality Technician
Quality Technician primary job duties include quality representation on manufacturing floor, maintaining the DMR database, maintaining the GagePak gage tracking system which includes performing calibration on measuring equipment and scheduling outside calibration services for specialized equipment. Job duties may also include performing part layouts for PPAP, production run approvals, data collection and /or any other need requiring data. Must be self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and able to work overtime as production or needs require.
Skilled Trades Coordinator
Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance systems for the toolroom and maintenance departments by performing the following duties.
Maintenance Mechanic
Maintain, repair, and monitor company equipment and buildings to insure proper condition and working order. Assists Maintenance Supervisor and/or Facilities/Maintenance Manager on new projects, and routine set up and maintenance of production equipment and facilities, including routine and custom preventative maintenance (PM) activities and administration.
